Merchant Labels

Merchant Labels Overview:

Merchant labels help identify transactions (either pay-ins or payouts) linked to a specific merchant brand or website.

Managing Labels:

• Access your merchant back-office.

• Navigate to: Account > API > Labels.

• Here, you can create or edit your labels.

Label Properties:

• Each label has an ID and a Name.

• The Name is limited to 12 characters.

Using Labels:

• To tag a transaction with a label, use the corresponding Label ID in the API request, under the parameter LabelId.

• Labeled transactions will then appear with their label in the transaction reports.

Important

Ensure you use the correct Label ID in the LabelId parameter. If left empty or incorrect, the transaction won't have a label.
